12 Oct Open House Chicago 2024 Tour
Architecture buffs, its that time of year again! Our Open House Chicago Bus Tour takes off at 10:15 AM on Saturday, October 19 and Sunday, October 20th. Besides the superb colors and the “oh goodness not more pumpkin again” jokes, October in Chicago means Open House Chicago. A collection of the best of Chicago’s architectural sites, Open House Chicago offers a twist – sites that are normally not open to the public, or guided tours of gems you may have overlooked! As always, tickets are available online.
This year we have an awesome lineup. Really it was a bit more difficult to curate the sites this year, and the hard part is always winnowing it down to several. A box lunch is included and of course, our destinations are always complemented by a narrated guide who points out various places of interest as we pass through the city. Itineraries are below, and the forecast is out: looks like perfect weather for some exploring
